      Frequently asked questions

      Is LinkSave free to use?

      The beta requires no signup or payment. Shared job and processing-time limits may temporarily pause new downloads.

      Which sites are supported?

      The public beta currently supports YouTube, X, Instagram and TikTok. Douyin, Xiaohongshu and Bilibili are not available in this beta.

      Can I select MP3 or 4K?

      The beta provides an MP4 saving workflow. MP3 conversion and 4K selection are not guaranteed; only available formats and quality are shown.

      Can I download long videos?

      Design limits are 4 hours / 2 GB for YouTube and 20 minutes / 500 MiB for X. Cloud processing of real videos longer than one hour remains under validation; source access and server limits may cause failures.

      Can I download several videos?

      Advanced options accept up to five links. The server processes one job at a time across all users. Keep this tab open while links are waiting.

      What if a download fails?

      Check that the original video plays publicly and paste its individual video link again. If capacity is reached, try later. For repeated failures, email the video link and error message.

      Are private videos or playlists supported?

      Use individual public video links. We do not bypass private access, DRM, login restrictions or creator download restrictions. Full playlist downloading is unavailable.

      Where is my downloaded file?

      Check your browser download list or your device Downloads folder. On mobile, check the Files app or browser save menu. Saving on physical mobile devices remains under validation.
